At Theme Street Pictures, a successful Photo Day experience is our top priority, however, sometimes problems are inevitable. 



There are a few ways to handle any problems with your photos.:
  • If you'd like you may fill out the situation form below briefly describing any issues you might have and simply submit it to Customer Service. The more information you include in the fields listed, the better we'll be able to research your order and get back to you as quickly as possible. or
  • simply send us an e-mail at customerservice@themestpictures.com
  • or give our office a call at 407-233-6689 and speak to your photographer personally!
  • Inquiries for lost or missing orders must be made within 90 DAYS from the day your event was photographed.  After 90 days, replacement costs may be charged.
