reorder photos

1. Click on the link below and print the PDF reorder form.
2. Fill out your shipping information (including S&H).
3. Choose your products.
4. Jot in the JPEG number of your child's photo.  This is a four digit number that identifies your child's image and appears on the back of all of your photographs preceded by the letters "TSP"  For example: TSP_1234.JPG
5. Total your order and mail the reorder form along with a check or CC# to the address printed at the top.
6. Don't forget to include your phone number in the space provided!
